Mieszko finalized purchasing of 100% shares of Lider Arthur

In July 2011 the company “Mieszko” finalized purchasing of 100% shares of Lider Arthur.
Signing the purchase’s agreement is a part of Mieszko Group's long-term strategy and the next step in building a strong position of a regional manufacturer of confectionary. Buying a company “Lider Artur” will let use existing in Mieszko’s distribution capabilities and marketing, both - in the Polish market and in the Baltic countries.
Lider Artur products are interesting base for further development and they are the perfect complement for the portfolio of Group Mieszko.
