Recipe ingredients

Bar of dark chocolate min 70%
0.5 bar of milk chocolate
100 g of unsalted butter
0.5 glass of powdered cane sugar
Cocoa/desiccated coconut for sprinkling


Preparation:
1. Break both bars into small pieces and melt in a water bath. 2. Chop butter and use a blender to cream it with powdered sugar for a few minutes. 3. Add a spoonful of chocolate (one at a time) until the texture is homogenous. Cream for nearly a minute 4. Put the dough in the fridge for about 2 hours until it becomes firm. 5. After that, take out the dough and form little balls with a spoon which we later place on a plate. 6. Cool the truffles in a fridge for at least an hour. 7. Before serving, dip the chocolates in cocoa or desiccated coconut. Keep the pralines in the fridge.
